Company Profile
Founded in 1988 as a collective-own enterprise and reformed in 1994 later, Wireking now has over 5000 employees, develops into a large-scale diversified industrial group that operates in hardware, upstream parts supply and real estate.
With belief in ‘Solidarity, Endeavor, Practicality, Innovation’, Wireking is committed in providing customers with satisfactory products and service. We have strong domestic and international presence in hardware & housewares industry with products sold to East Asia, Middle East, Australia, Europe and US. In 2006, our annual sale reached US$120 million.
偉經集團發展歷程
1988年8月18日 順德大良鎮屬集體企業“永利浸塑廠”開始扭虧為盈，並以此作為偉經集團的創立紀念日。
1994年 “永利浸塑廠”成功實現轉制，更名為“永建實業有限公 司”；
1997年 永建在順德大良鎮新滘籌建新廠，主要生產鐵線製品並兼生產熨衣板；
1999年 成立“香港偉經國際有限公司”，重點開拓永建產品的國際市場；
2000年 在順德倫教鎮籌建新廠，“偉經日用五金製品有限公司”註冊成立；
04年 在順德倫教鎮籌建新廠，並註冊成立“永建家居用品有限公司”；同年“緯倫進出口有限公司”和“中山市興泰電鍍有限公司”註冊成立；
05年 收購“海虹實業有限公司”，為偉經和永建工廠提供產品配套；
06年9月 “德建房地產有限公司”正式開業；
06年10月 “偉經日用五金製品有限公司花園產品分公司”在順德北滘鎮正式投產
History
1988 Yongli Plastic Coating Factory, a collective-own factory in Daliang, Shunde, which was the predecessor of Wireking Gourp turning loss into gain. And 18th Aug is commemorated as Establishment Day henceforth.
1994 Yongli Plastic Coating Factory was re-formed and re-named to Yongjian Industrial Co. Ltd.
1997 Yongjian Industrial Co. Ltd. built up a new plant in Daliang, Shunde, specialized in iron wire production and iron boards as well.
1999 Hongkong Wireking International Co. Ltd. was established as to exploit global market.
2000 Wireking General Hardware Co., Ltd. was set up in Lunjiao, Shunde with another new plant.
2004 Yongjian Houseares Co. Ltd. was also founded in Lunjiao, Shunde as a third brand-new manufacturing base. Weilun Import & Export Co. Ltd. and Zhongshan Xingtai Galvanization Co. Ltd. were registered.
2005 Acquired Haihong Industrial Co., Ltd. to ensure Wireking upstream products supply.
2006 Jiande Real Estate Co., Ltd. was set up in Sep. A filiale of Wireking General Hardware Co., Ltd. specializing in garden products was successfully put into operation in Beijiao, Shunde in Oct.

WireKing Housewares & Hardware Co., LTD Garden Product Division which specializes in manufacturing and exporting garden & home products was established in 2006. We focus on manufacturing Outdoor Furniture and Tubular products. Production is underproped by advanced equipment, that are mould group, punching, welding, polishing, acid treatment, powder-coating line, PE-coating line and assembly line.
